Some steps to address common issues.
It's stuck on "Creating a secure connection..." forever
If you are using Chrome or a Chrome derivative this is a known issue.
If you are stuck on the screen below simply refresh the browser window or tab and you should connect:
It flashes a blue/green screen and says something about a server
This is because there is an issue with the KH computer. It is most likely turned off.
Try again later and see if it works then.
